Deleting your data

• Log in at pokeconnect.nl.
• Go to My profile (click your name at the top right).
• At the bottom, click Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are logged out.

• Your display name, email address and password.
• The link with Google or Facebook.
• Your profile photo, player ID and home region.

Messages you posted in event chats stay, so conversations remain readable, but without your name or photo: they show "Deleted player" instead.

Your data disappears from our nightly backups within a few days, because we only keep the latest three backups.

Removing PokeConnect from your Facebook or Google account settings only stops logging in with it. Your PokeConnect account keeps existing. So delete it through your profile as described above, or email us.

Email us at info@pokeconnect.nl from your account's email address and ask us to delete your account. We delete it within 30 days and let you know when it is done.
